These terms and conditions govern the use of the site and its features: financing simulator, application form, client area and contact form.

The simulator provides an indicative estimate, calculated from the information entered and reference rates.

Any application submitted via the form is reviewed by an advisor against eligibility criteria. Submitting an application does not create any financing obligation on either side unless a final offer has been formalised.

Access to the client area is protected by authentication. Each user is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials.

The site is provided "as is". Reasonable efforts are made to ensure the accuracy of the information displayed, without guarantee of continuous availability or absence of errors.
